About Matador

Matador aka Gavin Lynch is an electronic music producer and worldfamous DJ from Ireland. Having a degree in sound engineering and honing his musical skill, he was boosted from underground DJ status. A series of releases and high-profile remix work were quickly followed. Since 2012 the Irish producer has toured non-stop playing everywhere from major festivals to club shows and music conferences

Here are some of his career highlights: a BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, his role as a Brand Ambassador for the MODEL 1 analog professional performance mixer, his track “Inceptions” was featured in Sky One’s hit series “Strike Back” and has garnered interest in the Matador sound

In 2016 he launched his own label “RUKUS”, releasing and supporting music from emerging and established artists within the electronic music genre. His new live show is also in the works – Live 2.0 – presenting a catalog of new music from studio to stage
